Brad Bridenbecker Memorial Scholarship
Brad Bridenbecker was the former City Manager of La Habra in 2007.
Brad passed away at the age of 35 from the effects of metastasized chordoma.
Brad graduated from Foothill High School in Tustin. Brad then attended Cal Poly Pomona where he received a BA degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Criminal Justice & Corrections and also earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of Southern California.
This scholarship is designed to benefit our high school senior alumni or those who have volunteered at Rosie's Garage and have been accepted to a higher education program, with a preference for those majoring in Public Administration.

Eliasar "Alex" Espinoza Memorial Scholarship
Alex Espinoza was the loving husband of Rosie's Garage founder, Rose Espinoza. Alex gave endless hours as a volunteer alongside Rose from 1991 until his passing on March 31, 2018.
This scholarship is intended to assist high school seniors who have been alumni of our program with funds for higher education books.

Betty Carr
Memorial Scholarship
Betty Carr taught at La Habra High School for 49 years. Betty was very active with Grad Nite and many school activities over her years as an art and photography teacher. Betty passed away in September of 2020.
Betty was the favorite teacher of those who attended LHHS from the 60's through the 90's and often described as friendly, kind and a teacher who inspired students to reach for anything possible.
